Privacy and Security Policy
We are most concerned about protecting the privacy of our clients. Any personal information solicited from you will be treated with total confidentiality. It will only be accessible to designated staff members and will only be utilized for the purpose of securing accommodation reservations requested by yourself. Personal information provided will always be kept secure and confidential and not divulged to any third party under any circumstances unless required by law.

Credit Card Security
We utilize the latest technology available to guarantee that your credit card information is kept secure. Furthermore, we meet all the technical requirements of the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Credit Card Processing is solely performed on a secure server of Datatrans AG (leading Swiss Payment Service Provider). The form where you enter your credit card information utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts all information keyed in for secure transmission over the internet. The encrypted data cannot be read by third parties and will be securely transmitted to the payment processing server of Datatrans AG, which fully complies with all PCI guidelines and has been officially certified by VISA and MasterCard as a payment service provider.

Cancellation Policy
For Hotel Reservations in Asia made through our wholesaler network, you will receive an electronic confirmation which will have a due date (usually up to 2 weeks) by which time you must confirm acceptance of your reservation by sending us your credit card details. If we do not receive these details by the due date we will cancel your room automatically.

Every hotel has its own cancellation policy, as a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that you may cancel this confirmation within 14 days prior to your arrival with no penalty. Cancellations received after your payment will result in a USD 20 processing fee. Cancellations received  less than 14 days (or informed to you separately by payment due date) prior to arrival will result in a 8% of your total tour/hotel/resort booking amount and a possible cancellation fee.

Any Amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference and USD 2 refund processing fee, in case the new amount is lower.

If you do not wish to keep the reservation please cancel it. You can cancel your reservation on every page by clicking on the Cancellation Form in our menu bar on the left side.

Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee as mentioned above.

Shop Safe Guarantee
In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, follow the reporting procedures specified by your card provider and after contact our Customer Service Center immediately. Most credit card companies will cover you for unauthorized use of your credit card. If  your credit card company holds you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase from Travel-here.com, we will reimburse you for up to US$50.00 which is the minimum lunder the US’s Fair Credit Billing Act.

Pricing Policy
The prices quoted to you will be correct as at the date the information is sent to you. There are however circumstances where prices fluctuate due to external factors i.e. tax changes or exchange rate fluctuations. If the changes are greater than 5%, you will be advised of the revised rate before payment is authorized and requested to confirm your acceptance.
