How can I make booking for a room?
Choose one of the destinations from the menu, you will
see a selection of hotels that are available in an informative
list. Then click on the booking button on the right side and
you will get a hotel reservation form, simply complete the
form and click the submit button to make your booking.

Can I change my reservations after I submitted the reservation form?
Yes, please reply your booking request, which you have received from us or send us your details (booking ID, name)
and of the hotel you need to be change within 7 days before
the check-in date of the reservation form you have submitted to us. Then we will process the reservations.
What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations and how can I cancel my reservations?
For Hotel Reservations in Asia made through our wholesaler
network, you will receive an electronic confirmation which
will have a due date (usually up to 2 weeks) by which
time you must confirm acceptance of your reservation by sending
us your credit card details. If we do not receive these details
by the due date we will cancel your room automatically.
Every hotel has its own cancellation policy, as a general
rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that you may
cancel this confirmation within 7 days prior to your arrival
with no penalty. Cancellations received less than 7 days
(or informed to you separately) prior to arrival will result
in a USD 10 processing fee plus 5% of your total tour/hotel/resort
booking amount and a possible one-night cancellation fee.
If you do not wish to keep the reservation please cancel it.
You can cancel your reservation on every page
by clicking on the Cancellation Form in our menu bar on the
left side.
Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late
cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee as mentioned
above.
