AMANPULO BEACH RESORT PALAWAN (PAMALICAN ISLAND) 
The Amanpulo Beach Resort Pamalican Island is set on a coralline island all its own. Pamalican floats in the

At its widest point, the 5.5-kilometer island of Pamalican is only 500 meters across. Located among the Quiniluban group of the Cuyo Islands, Pamalican is one of nearly 1,800 islands in the province of Palawan. The largest province in the Philippines, Palawan is about 600 kilometers south and southwest of Manila.
LOCATION: Amanpulo was created for travelers seeking the idyllic beauty of an exclusive tropical island. Situated on the private island of Pamalican, 200 km east of Palawan in the Philippines, the 220 acre isle is surrounded by white sand, crystal clear sea and well preserved coral reefs (50-300 m. offshore). Guests arrive from Manila by chartered plane which lands directly on Pamalican. Amanpulo is surrounded by white sand beaches, turquoise water and a coral reef three hundred metres from the shore, the resort provides a variety of watersports and beach activities. From the Amanpulo swimming pool, guests enjoy views of the surrounding islands. The surrounding waters yield a wide variety of marine life and dive sites. The average temperature is 26 deg. C with underwater visibility ranging between 15-30 m.

The El Nido Lagen Island Resort, Palawan is located in Bacuit Bay on Lagen Island near the town of El Nido, in the north of Palawan Province. Surrounded by a lush forest, sandstone cliffs and unspoilt beach providing outstanding views of the El Nido sunset. Each cottage has a verandah with a traditional style balcony seat. A short hide away is the Lagen forest with its giant trees and bat caves.
There are no direct scheduled flights from either Manila International Airport or Mactan International Airport to the El Nido Lagen Island Resort. Guests can catch a flight from Manila International Airport or Mactan International Airport to Puerto Princesa City Airport in Palawan. From Puerto Princesa City Airport, guests can either catch a plane to El Nido Airport (flight time about 45 minutes) Upon arrival at El Nido Airport guests need to take a 50 minute boat transfer to the El Nido Lagen Island Resort. Alternatively from Puerto Princesa City Airport on Palawan Island guests can travel by bus or car via a rough, uneven road to the El Nido Airport. Journey time is about 10-12 hours. The fastest and easiest way to El Nido is via Island Transvoyager Incorporated's (ITI) 19-seater Dornier aircraft. Daily chartered flights, approximately 75 minutes, depart Manila at 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Return flights depart El Nido at 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM daily. From the El Nido Airport, guests are to take a 50-minute scenic boat ride to get to the resort.

The El Nido Miniloc Island Resort, Palawan sits on a cove on Miniloc Island in the north of Palawan Province.
